Sasha Banks Dealing With Unknown WWE Injury?

Don't expect to see 'The Boss' wrestling anytime soon.

The Mixed Match Challenge's injury curse continued last week, with Sasha Banks joining Alexa Bliss in pulling out of the competition, as announced by Cathy Kelley in a WWE Now video on Twitter.

'The Boss' has been replaced by Mickie James as Bobby Lashley's tag team partner in the Facebook Watch competition. Concrete details are scarce, though; WWE have given no indication as to what kind of injury Banks is suffering from or when she'll be able to return to competition.

Though it's unclear when Sasha suffered the injury, she hasn't wrestled since appearing on a 9 September house show. She isn't advertised for tonight's Raw either, and could now conceivably miss the Evolution pay-per-view as well, as the 28 October event is just over four weeks ago.

On top of Evolution and the MMC, Banks' injury puts the brakes on her ongoing angle with Bayley. The Boss & Hug Connection had been picking up steam on Raw, but will likely need to wait even longer for a resolution to their story, having already dealt with several delays throughout 2018.

Fingers crossed for a speedy recovery for 'The Boss.'
