With WWE ratings having hit record lows in recent months, Seth Rollins has openly discussed in a new interview how “everything could be better” for the company right now.

Speaking to Bleacher Report, the Monday Night Messiah was quick to make mention of the challenges that have been facing WWE over this last little while.

On trying to make an engaging TV product, Rollins said, “I think things are tough creatively right now, in the sense that we don’t know when this whole thing is going to fall, and we’re in the Performance Center, so we’re doing the best we can as far as what the aesthetic looks like, trying to get a crowd in there to make noise.”

Discussing the fan experience, the multiple-time World Champion elaborated, “Things from a viewers’ perspective aren’t quite the same. If we’re going under the pretence [that] we don’t know when live events are coming back and when a live audience is going to be in something the size of a sold-out Boston Gordon or whatever, I think making it more fan-friendly, making it more aesthetically pleasing to an audience of a television show might go a long way.”

Making mention of today’s announcement that WWE is debuting the ThunderDome concept on this Friday’s SmackDown, Seth added, “That’s just pulling a rabbit out of a hat, because there’s so many things we all need to work on every day. Not just the company, but myself, the talent around me, everyone in the back, the writers, the consistency, the conversations, the communication, everything could be better.”

WWE will temporarily move to Orlando’s Amway Center from this Friday, with that venue to then host every episode of Raw and SmackDown and all PPVs through until the end of October.

As for ThunderDome, that concept will be introduced on this week’s SmackDown and will see a new stage set, pyros, video boards, lasers, and drone cameras incorporated as WWE looks to offer a unique viewing experience for wrestling fans.
