Stephanie McMahon Sells Over $1 Million WWE Stock
This comes after news that her husband Triple H did the same earlier this month.
According to a new SEC filing by WWE, Chief Brand Officer Stephanie McMahon sold thousands of Class A Common Stock shares on May 6.
McMahon sold exactly 23,255 shares of WWE stock at $44.29 per share, which means that she came away with around $1,029,964.
Earlier this week, it was announced that her husband Triple H did something similar and sold around $1,018,569 worth of WWE stock on May 4.
It's worth noting that McMahon still holds 144,952 shares of Class A Common Stock and Triple H still has 144,646 Class A shares in the company.
This means that both McMahon and Triple H still own around $6 million worth of stock each.
Kevin Dunn and Vince McMahon have also both sold a decent amount of shares in recent times, so it probably was only a matter of time before the power couple followed suit.
Are McMahon and Triple H looking to invest this money into another project in the near future? Or are they simply capitalising on the better-than-expected Q1 2020 financial results which saw their stock price rise recently?
The pair have also been announced as the hosts for the upcoming 'The Quest for Lost WWE Treasures' A&E Show.
