6. Bryan Refuses To Surrender His Title

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9tRTVLokM4 While the promos with Brie were pretty much one-sided, Stephanie really came into her own when she went toe-to-toe with Daniel Bryan after Extreme Rules as the injury storyline unfolded. Triple H was tied up in the Evolution versus Shield battle, so it fell to Stephanie to address the WWE World Heavyweight Championship situation. And it showed that Bryan and McMahon have chemistry when they€™re sparring on the mic. Stephanie played the €œcaring€ boss well, staying calm and trying to finagle the title away from Bryan, then playing the €œBrie put her hands on me€ card to issue an ultimatum. While this wasn€™t a barn-burner of a promo from Stephanie, she played off of Bryan nicely (right down to the facial expressions), building to the end, where she threatened to fire Brie.
