6. Bryan Refuses To Surrender His Title
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9tRTVLokM4 While the promos with Brie were pretty much one-sided, Stephanie really came into her own when she went toe-to-toe with Daniel Bryan after Extreme Rules as the injury storyline unfolded. Triple H was tied up in the Evolution versus Shield battle, so it fell to Stephanie to address the WWE World Heavyweight Championship situation. And it showed that Bryan and McMahon have chemistry when theyre sparring on the mic. Stephanie played the caring boss well, staying calm and trying to finagle the title away from Bryan, then playing the Brie put her hands on me card to issue an ultimatum. While this wasnt a barn-burner of a promo from Stephanie, she played off of Bryan nicely (right down to the facial expressions), building to the end, where she threatened to fire Brie.
