Steve Austin Names The "Greatest WrestleMania Entrance" In WWE History

'Stone Cold' thinks this WWE star had the best WrestleMania entrance ever.

Steve Austin thinks Triple H's WrestleMania X-Seven entrance is still the "greatest" in WWE history.

'Stone Cold' appeared on Drew McIntyre's 'Drew & A' series (available on WWE Network and Peacock) to give his thoughts on the best 'Mania intros of all time. He'd put Trips' one from 2001 right up there - it'd even rank above memorable entrances from The Undertaker, and Hunter's other entrance with the band at 'Mania 21.

Austin told McIntyre that he was impressed by Motörhead before the show had even started. He watched in awe as Lemmy and the boys ran through a soundcheck earlier in the day, and made sure to be at Gorilla before Triple H's match with 'Taker on the show itself.

There's something endearing about that, because Steve had a big match himself; he was getting ready for a main event tussle with The Rock, but didn't want to miss out on hearing some ear-splitting heavy metal blaring out over the Houston Astrodome's PA system.

Austin described the mini-gig as "louder than hell" and "electric". He doesn't think anybody has been able to top that spectacle since.
