Last night's WWE Raw started with what was supposed to be a contract signing for Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman's Universal Championship match at Clash of Champions (15 September), but the current Raw Tag Team Champions were interrupted by The OC.

A full-on brawl broke out. This led to Strowman and Rollins facing Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows; they were victorious, but beaten down by The OC and Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode in the aftermath, heating their other Clash of Champions bout up.

This left the contract unsigned, but next week's Raw special guest came up with the perfect solution:-

Later, Strowman promised 'Stone Cold' would "get these hands" if he gets in his face.

As reported last week, Austin was originally booked to spark ticket sales for 9 September's struggling show in WWE's spiritual home, Madison Square Garden. The show is yet to sell out, per Cageside Seats' Rumor Roundup, though sales have sped up since his name was announced.

Local advertising also suggests that WWE may end up dedicating the whole show to 'Stone Cold.' For now, though, the contract signing is his only announced role for the evening.
