Sting has been very vocal over the SummerSlam weekend that he wants to wrestle The Undertaker. "He's pushed it hard in every interview," states Dave Meltzer on wrestling observer radio. However, as of right now, Sting's WWE deal still isn't signed. You'd have to say though, Sting wouldn't be so vocal in calling The Undertaker out if there wasn't going to be some sort of end result. The WCW Icon has already visited WWE's merchandising department in Stamford, Connecticut, according to observer radio. That's a pretty good indication that Sting's deal is more or less seen as a given on both sides. They wouldn't be co-operating on merchandise if they didn't envision an endgame. Dave Meltzer adds to his report that Sting wants to do just the one match. It'd be at WrestleMania and that'd be it. However, if he has fun with it, he might end up staying around for more. Meltzer notes that Sting is in good shape and can still move around well. Another iconic superstar who spent the past weekend talking up a WrestleMania match was Hulk Hogan. He stated in several media interviews that his bad back was fully healed. His aim now is for one last match, ideally at WrestleMania 31 against John Cena. That'd for sure be a major headliner that WWE would love to book, however, the realistic chances of it happening are slim. No matter what Hogan says, at age 61 and after multiple surgeries, he probably isn't ever going to be wrestling again.
