Sting vs The Undertaker: 10 Angles WWE Must Play Out
8. Sting Debuts On Raw The Following Week
After months of 2K promotion, WWE Network shows, and DVD releases, Sting is finally here! In a WWE ring! Decades of speculation have all led to this moment! But boy, is he unhappy.
"I only signed with the WWE so that I could finally get my hands on him. You know who I mean, the supposed Phenom, Deadman, Demon of Death Valley, whatever you wanna call him, The Undertaker. And as soon as I put pen to paper, he scarpers! He retires, he quits, he gives up, he bails out on the company that have done so much for him, going out with a whimper instead of a bang. Undertaker, you're the only one I'm interested, you're the reason I'm here, you're the one that I've been wanting to face all this time. I want you in this ring, and I'm gonna give you, the WWE, Vince McMahon, and anybody else one week to get back to me, or I'm out of here. If you do decide to come back, then it's showtime."
As the Stinger's emphatic words ring out across the arena, the WWE Universe would be in utter shock. Sting finally in a WWE ring, demanding to see The Undertaker, and threatening to quit within one week if he doesn't get what he wants. A perfect way to set up a huge encounter, and something for The Undertaker to mull over in his new-found retirement.
