This will be Grey's 16th match as an AEW enhancement talent, having lost all of her previous bouts. The 4 March episode of Rampage hosted her most high-profile bout to date, as she stepped to Serena Deeb in The Professor's Five Minute Rookie Challenge series, though Grey's night ended in 58 seconds.
Cargill is 175 days into a TBS Championship reign that has brought eight successful defences thus far. Willow Nightingale served as her last challenger, falling to Jade on the 17 June 'Road Rager' Rampage special.
