10. The Hollywood Blondes vs. Ricky Steamboat & Shane Douglas (WCW Power Hour 1993)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1iY4dQ45Fjg While Steve Austin did have a memorable singles run as "Stunning" Steve Austin, winning the WCW United States championship on two occasions, his tag team run with Brian Pillman as The Hollywood Blondes was his lasting legacy while working for the company. Austin has noted on several occassions that he originally was not thrilled with the idea of teaming with Pillman, as he was under the impression that he was about to receive a singles push (with Harley Race as his manager) prior to being informed of the plans to team him with Pillman. However, the team turned out to be a great move for both men's careers. On the March 27, 1993 edition of WCW Power Hour, the Hollywood Blondes won their only WCW tag team championship from the team of Ricky Steamboat and Shane Douglas. Following this title change, the two teams continued to wrestle throughout the Spring of 1993, but it was this match that was the most memorable of the feud. Just as the Blondes were really starting to click as one of the hottest teams in wrestling, they were informed by the higher ups at WCW that they were being split apart. Austin embarked on another singles run in the company, having some memorable matches with Ricky Steamboat in particular, but nothing again during his time in WCW ever equaled the months he spent tag teaming with "Flyin" Brian Pillman.
