Suicide Squad 2: 7 Characters Dave Bautista Could Play
1. Solomon Grundy
In the immediate aftermath of Bautista announcing his enthusiasm to play someone in Suicide Squad 2, fans immediately took to speculating about his potential character and one of the names that came up strongly very quickly was that of Solomon Grundy.
The iconic undead figure has always been a popular character among fans and has various appearances in multiple adaptations (including video games), but as yet he's never appeared in a live action movie. Now is the time for the big guy to make his appearance, with a ready-made casting solution in the form of Bautista.
Not only would he absolutely look the part, he'd also be able to give the character some of Drax's heart despite the contradiction of him being undead. There's tragedy behind both characters and completely transferrable skills in performance, so it's the perfect match.
