Tyler Bate could be set for a main roster call-up as part of the upcoming WWE Draft.

WRKD Wrestling has reported that the NXT star is currently being considered for the roster reshuffle, with WWE thinking about bringing the Brit to Raw or SmackDown in the wake of a well-received Main Event bout with Dolph Ziggler.

Per WRKD:-

Bate and Ziggler wrestled for a shade under 10 minutes on the 13 April episode of Main Event, with Dolph scoring the victory. NXT's Zoey Stark was also involved in the taping, facing Raw's Nikki Cross, continuing the ongoing theme of developmental stars moonlighting against main roster opposition on the brand.

Bate is currently stationed in developmental, where he has been working with Chase U in recent weeks. Still only 26 years old, the former Moustache Mountain man has been with WWE since January 2017, when he debuted as part of the United Kingdom Championship Tournament in Blackpool, England, and has since reigned with that belt twice, on top of two NXT/NXT UK Tag Team Championship runs with the since-released Trent Seven.

As announced last week, WWE's 2023 Draft kicks off on next week's episode of SmackDown, 28 April.
