Event: UFC 100

Date: 2009

The first time Mir beat Lesnar, the veteran used his cage experience to his advantage. Lesnar made one wrong move, and Mir locked up his legs for a submission win. The next go around, however, Lesnar was having none of it.

He got Mir on the ground, and he pounded and pounded away. Blood splattered again the floor and the cage. Finally, the referee stopped the fight, and not a moment too soon. Mir seemed mere seconds away from permanent brain damage.
