The Disturbing Truth Behind WWE WrestleMania 38
The women are back to the Divas ages, looking at the absolute state of the Queen's Crown tournament. As dire as WWE is for the embittered, calcified male millennials, imagine how much it still hurts to have been shown a glimpse of a real future, as a newer younger female fan swayed by the "Evolution," only for it to be taken away.
This isn't just about WrestleMania 38. What lies beyond LA? The Rock in Dallas? Then what? WWE, by binning off NXT and the philosophy that informed it, has created a gaping hole between the current main roster and their theoretical successors. People have said for years that, one day, when WWE can't rely on part-timers, they'll be in deep sh*t.
It really feels like that time is now.
