The Many Faces Of Mick Foley Ranked - From Worst To Best

7. Commissioner Foley

Foley's current run as General Manager of RAW isn't his first time at the helm of a WWE show, as he had a short run as Commissioner of the World Wrestling Federation back in 2000. The commissioner role had its ups and downs, and a big issue with it was that it came so soon after Foley's multiple retirements at the beginning of the year.

The highlight of Commissioner Foley's run was without doubt his mobile office, which I among others am very disappointed not have seen return. Foley would conduct his meetings week after week in a variety of creative locations, the majority of which seemed to be closets.

Foley has claimed that he wanted his commissioner persona to be a role model for nerds everywhere, and he probably got quite close to achieving that. It wasn't career-defining at all, but it was fine and some of his stuff with Kurt Angle, Edge and Christian was really funny.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
