The One War WWE Will Never Win

Triple H NXT UK
WWE

On the subject of which: according to PWInsider, NXT, in response to ratings that are perceived as dire, internally and externally, against projections, has...hired more writers. The solution to the problem is the problem, multiplied. This is that old apocryphal Einstein quote on the juice.

WWE has reached a point by which they have become so inherently arrogant, and disconnected from reality, that they believe what they are doing is "the way" - even if what they are doing is horrendous - simply because they are doing it. They've been on top so long that that they are doing must be the way.

The real enemy is within.

WWE is at war with itself, and, when WWE holds up a mirror to itself, it deflects everything: the guy can't work, he can't cut a promo, they don't grab the brass ring, they weren't meant to grab the brass ring, they need to slow it down, they can't be trusted...

WWE is a cult that worships itself and its more prosperous history, and everybody underneath the leader is either an acolyte or a heretic.
