The Real Reason This WWE Superstar Has Been Off TV
This WWE Superstar has been missing from TV for weeks.
According to Ringside News, WWE don't have any current plans for Lars Sullivan going forward.
Since returning to WWE programming during the 2020 Draft, Sullivan has attacked various superstars, whilst also picking up squash victories over Chad Gable and Jeff Hardy. Sullivan then went on to appear in a number of backstage segments which saw him being interviewed by Corey Graves and Michael Cole. It was here where he revealed his experiences of being bullied in his youth.
However, after not appearing on SmackDown over the last few weeks, it's now being reported that creative currently has "nothing" planned for "The Freak". Speaking about Sullivan's situation, a tenured WWE creative team member also told Ringside News that this is “just typical falling through the cracks", something we've seen happen with many other stars over the years. It should also be noted that WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was high on the former NXT star just a month ago, but the boss isn't even requesting Sullivan anymore.
With the star recently grabbing the headlines for the wrong reasons once again, perhaps this could just be WWE's way of keeping Sullivan out of the spotlight for a spell?
Will we see him pop back up on SmackDown before the end of 2020? Only time will tell.
