Taker and Angle produced some classics in their time but none better in singles than this effort from No Way Out 2006.

The pace in this one was relentless and the technical style of Angle meshed brilliantly with Taker's brawling, including numerous nods to mixed martial arts and relentless work on Taker's legs from Angle.

The amount of ways in which Angle was able to counter all of The Deadman's signature moves into the ankle lock was truly glorious to behold. Seriously, this match has to be up there for the sheer number of reversals ever seen in a WWE match.

An utter classic, this match could have and probably should have main evented WrestleMania that year. Word is, that's what Undertaker wanted too and he even requested Angle to be the man to end the streak. How different things could have been...
