'The Deadman' shows up on the night after WrestleMania.

After disappointing fans in New Jersey after missing his first WrestleMania in nineteen years, The Undertaker made up for his absence with a dramatic cameo on last night's episode of Monday Night Raw.

Hapless songster Elias, who was rudely interrupted by 'Dr. of Thuganomics' John Cena on Sunday, attempted to conclude his concert in Brooklyn - only to once again see it cut short by an unexpected intruder.

After the Raw crooner exclaimed that the next man to curtail his performance was "a deadman", everybody's ears pricked up in anticipation. Sure enough, the peel of The Undertaker's knell tolled right on cue, heralding the arrival of the 54-year-old.

The Phenom, shirtless and seemingly wearing a girdle, didn't say a single word as he confronted Elias, striking the singer with a chokeslam before ending any chance of an encore with a vicious Tombstone.

And that was the last we've seen of 'Taker until at least his next scheduled appearance in Saudi Arabia later this year.

Benjamin was born in 1987, and is still not dead. He variously enjoys classical music, old-school adventure games (they're not dead), and walks on the beach (albeit short - asthma, you know). He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
