As I've mentioned on a number of occasions, Ministry of Darkness Undertaker was the best Undertaker. The Deadman was evil personified at the time and managed to out-insane most of the Attitude Era, becoming the most evil presence in the history of the WWF up until that point.

Taker had a tendency to try and kidnap folk, and he generally had some initial success each time. Undertaker managed to kidnap none other than Stone Cold Steve Austin at one point, which was pretty darn shocking for a 12-year-old super fan to see at the time.

Taker's druids attached poor Austin to Taker's symbol and the whole thing was raised towards the rafters. This moment got Taker over as a demonic motherf*cker more than anything else, and extra kudos should go to the WWF production team at the time for the way it was all shot. I mean come on, just look at that picture and put yourself in the shoes of a 12-year-old.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
