The Undertaker's 10 Greatest Feuds Of His WWE Career

5. Vs. Edge

As Undertaker lay prone from Mark Henry's sudden assault, the Ultimate Opportunist lived up to his name as Edge came down with his Money in the Bank briefcase and cashed in to win the World Heavyweight Championship. This would leave Undertaker out of action for a while as Edge reigned as champion and Mark Henry boasted about his assault on the Dead Man. Undertaker would return to take care of Henry and continue his feud with Batista, all while making his way back towards the World Heavyweight title picture. With a victory in the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out, Undertaker would have another shot and claimed victory over Edge at WrestleMania XXIV. What he didn't count on, however, was that Edge was married to then-Smackdown General Manager Vickie Guerrero, who took whatever measures she felt necessary to get the belt back around the waist of her beloved. This included numerous rematches with Edge and even banning Undertaker's submission maneuver, the Hell's Gate. After several back-and-forth wins and losses, Undertaker lost one time too many when La Familia interfered on Edge's behalf in an encounter that would see Undertaker leave WWE due to the match's stipulation. Unfortunately for Edge, the honeymoon would soon be over, and the best way for the jilted GM to gain revenge on her ex-husband? Bringing back the Dead Man, of course, who soon asserted himself by defeating Edge in Hell in a Cell at SummerSlam 2008 and, just to make his point clear, choke-slammed the Rated R Superstar through the mat from the top of a ladder.
