https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xg6gh3dZicc Ten years later, these two men would be on the "Highway to Hell" as the main event of Summerslam in 1999, but ten years prior there's Steve Austin as "Steve Williams," the prized pupil of "Gentleman" Chris Adams breaking in as a babyface in the combined Memphis/World Class "USWA" promotion in Dallas, Texas. Of course, The Punisher is The Undertaker, who at the same time was known (without a mask) as The Master of Pain in Memphis. Working simultaneously in two separate territories (plus making all of the towns in those territories, too) absolutely aided in both 'taker and Austin's rather rapid development as performers.
