The Undertaker's 15 WWE Entrance Themes Ranked From Worst To Best

4. Dark Side (1998)

After 'Taker's Lord of Darkness persona spent a number of years as the WWE Universe's Grim Reaper of Justice, a dark shift began to take form. With Stone Cold Steve Austin taking the company to new heights as its babyface champ, 'The Phenom's talents could now be employed elsewhere, and with that, a more sinister variation of the character rose.

There was no attire change - other than a piercing above his eye - but he was given a more cutting-edge entrance theme to match that new cutting-edge attitude. And that's where 'Dark Side' came in.

Employing the traditional gong in the opening, it initially sounds like the typical Undertaker theme, but mere seconds in, all hell breaks loose as a sick guitar riff gives way to a rockier, edgier piece of music that attacks your ears with its loudless, as unholy choirs serenade the bridges.

Seeing this theme accompanied by lightning strikes, explosions and a more-callous Phenom was too cool for words and it ultimately became the blueprint for his official Ministry of Darkness theme not a year later.
