The Undertaker's 20 Best Matches Ever
6. Vs. Triple H (WrestleMania XXVIII)
Ok, so it's probably overkill that The Undertaker vs. Triple H happened three times on WrestleMania cards between 2001-12. If you didn't enjoy the original at 'Mania X-Seven, then it's likely you'll have rolled your eyes when the same match happened 10 years later at XXVII, for example. Thank God for Hell in a Cell then.
Once again, Shawn Michaels was in the special referee role for a match that was billed as the 'End Of An Era' for WWE. That wasn't strictly true (both Triple H and 'Taker had numerous big matches at WrestleMania after this one), but when has wrestling ever let facts get in the way of a good story? Besides, the match itself was stunning.
This was one of Undertaker's last great matches. The same could probably be said for Triple H too, because he hasn't come close to topping this in years since. Everything was designed to teleport fans back to the Attitude Era, including Jim Ross making a comeback on commentary, and it worked a treat.
