The Undertaker's 20 Best Matches Ever

There may not be a better match in WWE history than The Undertaker vs. Shawn Michaels from WrestleMania 25. That's subjective, of course, but the 2009 match was a complete masterpiece from beginning to end and so good that nothing could follow it; we're still bitter that Randy Orton vs. Triple H headlined the show, for the record.

At times, it really felt like Michaels would stop The Undertaker's WrestleMania winning streak dead. Being able to sucker people into thinking that way can't have been easy, but both these masters showed why they are considered among the greats. Near falls aplenty, exasperated facial expressions, fans on the edge of their seats, and amazing drama: that's what 'Mania is all about.

As good as the WrestleMania XXVI match was, it couldn't improve on 'Mania 25. This was sheer wrestling heaven for anyone who adores storytelling. The only mistake Michaels made ended up costing him. One error, an attempted Moonsault which allowed 'Taker to transition into a Tombstone Piledriver, was the difference.
