The Wyatt Sicks Return On WWE SmackDown - Celebrate Bray Wyatt's Birthday (WWE News)
Bray Wyatt received a birthday tribute from The Wyatt Sicks on WWE SmackDown.

The Wyatt Sicks are back! Uncle Howdy, Dexter Lumis, Joe Gacy, Erick Rowan and Nikki Cross made their grand return during Friday's edition of WWE SmackDown to both pay tribute to Bray Wyatt and make a statement in the blue brand's tag-team scene.
Howdy and gang interrupted the main event pitting Fraxiom vs. The Street Profits. The lights inside the arena went dark just as Montez Ford leapt to the top turnbuckle for a high-flying move, then The Sicks stood in-ring once they came back on. After that dramatic entrance, The Wyatts destroyed everybody they could get their hands on, including The Profits, Fraxiom, and other invaders like DIY, Candice LeRae and the Motor City Machine Guns.
Howdy ended the segment by smashing Johnny Gargano with Bray's old Sister Abigail finisher, then the lights dimmed yet again and The Wyatt Sicks brought a birthday cake into the ring. The group blew out some candles in honour of Howdy's fallen brother - Bray Wyatt would've turned 38 years old on Friday.
He sadly passed away on 24 August 2023, and heartfelt sympathy for him, his family and his friends quickly poured in from all corners of the pro wrestling world. People are still bummed out about Wyatt departing too soon.
Wyatt Sicks Set To Challenge For Tag-Team Gold?

Uncle Howdy and troops attacking everybody involved in SmackDown's hot tag-team division suggests that The Wyatt Sicks will challenge for tag gold themselves soon. Fans had been wondering where the faction was. Until Friday, they hadn't been seen on WWE programming since December 2024, so a return was long overdue.
There had been rumours about a potential story/match involving Alexa Bliss being pencilled in for WrestleMania 41 season too, but nothing ultimately came of that in the end. In March, reports circulated that Triple H and his WWE creative team were merely waiting for the right time to bring The Sicks back with some purpose.
Attacking The Street Profits, Fraxiom, DIY and MCMGs will certainly get fans talking, and it should lead to some rowdy tag-team title bouts. Lumis and Gacy, Lumis and Rowan, Howdy and Rowan or any other combination of Sicks members challenging Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins sounds like something WWE would be interested in over coming months.
Fingers crossed this is part of a broader story The Wyatt Sicks can sink their teeth into. The Bray Wyatt tribute was a lovely touch on what would've been his birthday, but Howdy and friends deserve more of a full-time spot on TV going forwards.
