It has been close to three years since Eva Marie last stepped foot in a WWE ring, but the former NXT and main roster heat magnet yesterday spoke about the possibility of returning for a full-on programme with current SmackDown Women's Champion Bayley.

'The Hugger' namedropped 'All Red Everything' in an interview with FS1's Kristine Leahy earlier this week. When speaking on her favourite storylines since joining WWE, Bayley, after going through her legendary rivalry with Sasha Banks, mentioned Eva, saying "we had a cool little storyline somewhere in there, and the fans despised her. I always say my matches with her were my favourite because they were so much fun and easy."

Eva Marie tweeted the following in response...

Eva's last run saw her positioned as an avoidant alpha troll who'd continually tease matches and confrontations after an ostentatious ring entrance, only to fake her way out of it. It was just getting over when she fell afoul of WWE's Wellness Policy in August 2016, and she hasn't been seen since, though she wasn't officially released until the following year.

Could a comeback run now be on the cards? Unlikely, but stay tuned.
