Look out for a MITB qualifier featuring THIS man on next week's SmackDown.

Butch of The Brawling Brutes will wrestle Baron Corbin on next week's episode of WWE SmackDown, and the winner will go on to compete in the men's Money In The Bank ladder match on 1 July.

Corbin currently has "free agent" business over on NXT, and he's also been involved in a mini-feud with SmackDown newcomer Cameron Grimes, so this might be Butch/Pete Dunne's best chance of being in the mix at MITB; it's also worth noting that the pay-per-view takes place in London, England.

Time for a bit of a homecoming celebration then? Don't rule it out.

Grimes might be booked to interfere in the match and cost Baron the chance to go on to MITB, and there's no denying that Butch would be a more exciting inclusion in the multi-man match anyway. There's always the threat of Carmelo Hayes showing up on the main roster as a one-off too.

Hell, it's hardly like WWE has been taking the 2023 Draft seriously anyway.

Showing his worth at Money In The Bank would be a watershed moment for Butch. He's desperate to impress and show what he can do as a singles star.
