Popular WWE star Tiffany Stratton hasn't wrestled since losing her Women's Title to Jade Cargill on the 1 November edition of Saturday Night's Main Event, but she remains a talking point due to a hair-raising video posted on TikTok.

In that, Tiffany can be seen rehearsing ladder spots for her upcoming match at NXT Stand & Deliver back in early 2023. The entire clip is only 6 seconds long, but it's pretty scary. Stratton was practicing being pushed off a ladder onto the top rope, but fell to her doom before executing a planned dive spot onto others gathered at ringside.

Thankfully, there was a crash mat nearby to save Tiffy from a nasty landing - her fall still looks terrifying, but at least she didn't break her neck. There's no way Stratton would've escaped injury had the mat not been present. Her head comes eerily close to smacking against the rock solid ring apron too.

Eek!

Tiffany's caption for the post revealed that this was "the night before" Stand & Deliver 2023. That'd place the rehearsal on 31 March, because the event took place on 1 April during WWE's bumper WrestleMania 39 weekender. For the record, it was Indi Hartwell who won the bout to become brand new NXT Women's Champ.

Others like Hartwell, Zoey Stark, Lyra Valkyria and Roxanne Perez can be seen rehearsing the spot inside the ring and at ringside. Meanwhile, Gigi Dolin (who was also involved in the match) looked on from the comfort of a nearby seat, but threw her hands up in the air due to the fright caused by Tiffany's slip.

That could've gone badly wrong for the main roster success story.
