TNA Announces New Set Of TV Tapings

Things are looking up for TNA as of now.

TNA_Impact_Wrestling_0008 A series of house shows cancellations by TNA this week concerned many, but it appears as if things may not be so grim for the company after all. TNA has confirmed their next television tapings. TNA will film their next set of Impact Wrestling and One Night Only on September 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The company had a set of tapings there in June, prior to the move to New York City for most of the summer. TNA was originally planning on returning to New York City for a television taping in early September, but decided to return to Bethlehem instead. TNA officials enjoyed taping at the location this past June, which contributed to the decision. It's still unclear as to whether or not Spike TV has renewed their contract with TNA, but their recent announcement to move the show to Wednesdays is seen as a positive. Spike TV president Kevin Kay was also present at the New York City tapings last week. Spike TV attempted to purchase 10 percent of the company last month in a deal that was reportedly rejected by the Carter family. TNA also has scheduled a set of TV tapings overseas in January.
