DOC
This was my first guess when I first saw the video. In the video, the man appears to be bald which is why DOC was my first guess. I think because they only gave this 6 days build-up that it is DOC. If they were to hype these video up for weeks, I dont think DOC would have been an exciting return. But because we only have 6 days to talk about it, makes me believe its DOC. He says that he has a problem that needs solving, and that problem is the Aces & Eights. They chose to elect Mr. Anderson as the Vice President instead of him. In the battle royal, it was clear that DOC wasnt on the same page as the Aces & Eights and I think that DOC would have a lot to offer the Main Event Mafia in their feud with Aces & Eights.
