While the majority of the wrestling world's focus was on John Cena's final match last night, the latest edition of AEW Collision saw it revealed that Bobby Lashley is currently dealing with an injury.

This news was announced by Bobby's Hurt Syndicate cohort MVP, who stated that the All-Mighty was out with an injury, though no further details were given in terms of the specifics of the injury, nor how long Lashley is expected to be on the sidelines for. Bobby's most recent match was at AEW Full Gear last month, where he was part of the Casino Gauntlet to crown the inaugural AEW National Champion; a Casino Gauntlet won by Ricochet.

Bobby Lashley may not be able to compete, but MPV also announced that Shelton Benjamin will be in action on the next edition of AEW Dynamite, where Shelton will be a participant in the Dynamite Diamond Battle Royal. The final two wrestlers remaining in that battle royal will go one-on-one the following week, where the winner earns themself a shot at the only ever previous winner of the battle royal, MJF. As for MJF, recent reports suggest he's been factored in for something at AEW Worlds End later this month, and that match may well be that something.

Other matches announced for the next episode of Dynamite - which takes place from Manchester, England - are FTR defending the AEW Tag Team Titles against Juice Robinson and Austin Gunn, and Kenny Omega will team with the Young Bucks against the Callis Family's Kozuchika Okada, Konosuke Takeshia, and Hechicero... with $1 million on the line in that six-man contest.
