Chris Jericho was stretchered to the back in an angle that went down after last night's special Fyter Fest episode of AEW Dynamite went off the air.

This came following his Barbed Wire Everywhere deathmatch with Eddie Kingston, which played out in the main event. A heavily-booked match brought an Anna Jay heel turn and multiple inferences, the last of which was from Sammy Guevara, who assisted Jericho's bout-ending Judas Effect.

Jericho didn't have the last laugh, though. Fighting back after the bell, the defeated Kingston sent Chris off the apron, falling down into a barbed wire spiderweb. The show closed on Eddie looking dissatisfied and Jericho writhing in agony.

Then, once the broadcast ended, Jericho was pulled out of the barbed wire and stretchered to the back. This is per PWInsider's Billy Krotchsen.

Jericho's win over Kingston has sparked a divisive reaction online, which is understandable, given the lack of finality in how it went down. The duo have been feuding for the best part of a year, having first crossed paths in December 2021 following Kingston's short, fiery rivalry with CM Punk into Full Gear.
