Top WWE Star: "It's Great That Vince McMahon Is Back!"

This former WWE Champion is happy to see Vince McMahon backstage again.

Kofi Kingston says "it's great" that Vince McMahon is back behind the scenes in WWE.

The New Day man told the New York Post that he's also enjoyed how Triple H has been running things since McMahon announced his retirement in July 2022. However, Kofi thinks everyone must adapt to "change", and he doesn't see any issues with Vince returning to seize some control backstage again.

Kofi admitted he was left totally stunned when McMahon posted a retirement message on Twitter and stepped away from the promotion he had built brick-by-brick since the 1980s. That took a bit of getting used to, but Hunter's influence (alongside Stephanie McMahon and Nick Khan) helped ease everyone into a new way of doing things.

Now, Kingston expects business as usual with Vince back in the mix.

Pro wrestling fans haven't exactly been receptive to news that McMahon is back though. Social media has been flooded by negative comments fearing the worst, but Kofi doesn't see things that way. If anything, he thinks having the old boss around again is a good thing.
