VICE dropped the trailer for their upcoming 'Dark Side Of The Ring' episode on Brian Pillman, and you just have to see it.
Talking heads on show in the teaser include Steve Austin, Jim Cornette, Brian Pillman Jr, Brian's widow Melanie and Eric Bischoff. As usual, the VICE team refused to cut any corners when it came to exhaustively researching their topic and ensuring that viewers would get balanced views on Pillman's life and career.
This is shaping up to be quite the documentary.
The third season of 'Dark Side Of The Ring' debuts on Thursday 6 May. Chris Jericho returns as the series' narrator, and VICE have a whopping 14 episodes planned; other subjects include The Ultimate Warrior, The Dynamite Kid, WWE's infamous 'Plane Ride From Hell', Chris Kanyon, the WWF's controversial steroid trials and more.
Pillman's episode will be the only two-hour one this season though.
It'll explore the man's psyche outside the ring, and look in-depth at his stunning 'Loose Cannon' character in the mid-90s. You can check out the trailer below. It's well-worth watching to build further excitement for VICE's third season.
