Triple H: Face Or Heel?

5. Feuds

Face: There have been some real disappointments in this category over the years.

Triple H's feud with Randy Orton peaked in 2009 without really succeeding in making Hunter that killer babyface. Seven years earlier, he was struggling to do the same opposite Chris Jericho before 'Mania X8, and the less said about efforts with The Great Khali, the better.

Heel: Rivalries with The Rock, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho (way better than when both men flipped alignments), Kurt Angle, Steve Austin, Mick Foley and more helped turn Triple H into a legend. His work with Rocky, in particular, bolstered both their ascents up the card.

They went from a fine Intercontinental Title program in 1998 to juggling the WWF's top prize two years later in 2000. It didn't matter how many times they wrestled - Triple H and Rock were awesome together.

Winner: Heel, and it's not even close.
