The SEC filing notes that Triple H still has 49,973 shares of Class A Common Stock left following his latest sale, which, as noted by Wrestlenomics' Brandon Thurston, was his fourth over the past twelve months:-

The SEC filing notes the following regarding Triple H's share ownership:-

"Mr. Levesque may also be deemed to be the indirect beneficial owner of shares of WWE common stock that are directly owned by his wife, Stephanie Levesque. Mr. Levesque disclaims beneficial ownership of those shares."

Triple H's wife, Stephanie, has also sold WWE stock recently, with her and The Game both earning over $2 million for similar transactions made last August and September. Inside The Ropes reported at the time that the couple had made those sales for family reasons.
