Triple H, Stephanie McMahon Bring Huge, Positive Changes To WWE Backstage
How WWE morale has been impacted by the post-Vince McMahon regime change.

Things are looking up for WWE on-camera and off, with the promotion's recent high-profile regime change sparking a significant change in mood backstage.
PWInsider's Mike Johnson reports that Paul 'Triple H' Levesque, Stephanie McMahon, and Nick Khan's ascent to power has brought positive changes in WWE's behind-the-scenes energy. Specifically, the report notes that where once certain departments felt they were "walking on eggshells", this is no longer the case. Hope and pride have been restored amongst those under WWE's employ.
WWE's executive structure has undergone significant changes over the past few months. Vince McMahon's 22 July resignation as Chairman and CEO (amidst allegations of sexual misconduct) was followed by Stephanie and Khan's appointment as co-CEOs. Days later, Levesque was reinstated to his old Executive Vice President, Talent Relations position, while also becoming WWE's creative lead.
PWInsider stated that WWE's production department is a markedly healthier place following the regime change. The difference is described as "massively night and day", with production crew members and announcers no longer being yelled at post-Vince.
WWE's main show days, Monday and Friday, and no longer seen as the worst of the week. Now, while production days are still challenging, staff members don't walk into work expecting to take their stresses home anymore - which was the case before.
Announcers, cameramen, producers, directors, and other staff are happier, with creativity and camaraderie up throughout the crew. Additionally, some staff members who were considering leaving WWE prior to the regime switch have now changed their minds, while others hope the good feelings continue beyond this initially "honeymoon period."
