Is Chelsea Green about to become the latest former WWE star to return to the company under Paul 'Triple H' Levesque's creative lead?

Potentially. PWInsider reports that having recently wrapped her IMPACT Wrestling commitments, thus becoming a free agent, Green could be on her way back to the market leaders. It was noted that unless Green was going back to WWE, she would not have given up her regular spot in IMPACT.

The subject of Chelsea potentially returning to Stamford has been going around certain IMPACT circles lately too. Furthermore, WrestleVotes reported on WWE's interest in having the former NXT star return earlier this month.

Green tweeted the following after IMPACT's show last night, hinting at her departure:-

Chelsea's first WWE run stretched from her official signing in August 2018 to her April 2021 release. She appeared to be on the verge of a main roster call-up after wrestling Liv Morgan, Natalya, and Tamina on the 13 November 2020 episode of SmackDown. Otherwise, the bulk of her run took place in NXT, where she was affiliated with Robert Stone.

Suffering a broken wrist in the aforementioned SmackDown match, Green did not return to WWE television before being released. Her IMPACT comeback followed upon her non-compete clause's expiration in July 2021.
