Trish Stratus Shoots On "Underrated" WWE Match

This WWE match deserves a LOT more love, at least according to Trish Stratus.

Trish Stratus believes her match vs. Stephanie McMahon at No Way Out 2001 remains one of WWE's most "underrated" female matches ever.

Stratus, who recently returned to screens on this past Monday's edition of flagship show Raw, told 'Ring The Belle' that she looks back on that bout vs. Steph with a smile - Trish thinks they surpassed everyone's expectations by producing a heated brawl, and called the match "unbelievable".

It's rarely discussed (even in WWE circles) as a banner moment in Trish's company career. In fact, the match has pretty much been forgotten over the years, but Stratus wants that to change. She'd love to see some younger fans dip into the archives on WWE Network/Peacock and check it out.

In a funny moment, Trish revealed that she was totally confused by Triple H's input at the time. She didn't really know that he and McMahon were an item behind the scenes, so it blew her mind that a main event level star like 'The Game' was even helping them lay out their scrap at all.

Stratus is so proud of what she and Stephanie achieved that night.
