Two New Names Qualify For WWE Money In The Bank 2020
Who's the latest to get involved in some WWE HQ madness?
After confirming that both the men's and women's Money In The Bank ladder matches will take place at the same time, WWE added some new names to the fight for each respective briefcase.
Firstly, Carmella beat Mandy Rose when Sonya Deville distracted her former BFF. That left the door open for the former two-time Miss. Money In The Bank to grab the win and roll on to 10 May; after the match, Deville blasted Rose with a gnarly-looking Shining Wizard to the back of her head, one which sent Mandy careening into the ring steps.
That means the women's field is complete. Carmella joins Asuka, Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax, Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans.
In SmackDown's main event, Otis got some revenge for Mandy by besting Dolph Ziggler. That means five names are official for the men's side of things (Apollo Crews, who was previously in the match, was removed due to a storyline injury on Raw).
For now, Otis joins Daniel Bryan, Rey Mysterio, Aleister Black and Baron Corbin at WWE HQ in Stamford next week.
WWE will reveal the final male participant this coming Monday.
