Ultimate Warrior's 11 Losses - From Cleanest To Screwiest

7. Vs. Macho Man Randy Savage - Winter 1991 House Show Run, Various

Angry Ultimate Warrior
WWE

Details are scarce on the precise nature of the finishes here.

Savage, ahead of their incredible Retirement match at WrestleMania VII, defeated the Warrior on multiple occasions as 1990 drew to a close. None were clean. Savage invariably won by count-out following shenanigans. This was the WWF in the 1990s, after all. This method used to work.

Used to.

It's unlikely that the WWF experimented with the sceptre shot before canonising it at the 1991 Royal Rumble. It presented too much of a risk to Warrior's head.

Then again, a repeated trial would actually explain Warrior's subsequent behaviour, so that must be it.

Clean rating: Like a uni student's sink when they realised that they needn't leave the room to take a piss.
