In terms of character dynamics, heel Bray Wyatt seems the perfect fit for the heroic Undertaker. It would be the supernatural Deadman versus the spooky Wyatt, a situation which throws up all sorts of exciting possibilities in the storytelling. This being WWE they might even write Bray into the twisted story of Paul Bearer's family with Undertaker and Kane. Bray was an illegitimate son who vanished into the woods and raised his own family.
