The Undertaker: 10 Predictions For His Future Now Streak Is Over

4. WrestleMania 31 Against John Cena

It would have been way bigger as a streak match, but John Cena vs The Undertaker is still a marquee match WWE could make a lot of money off of. You have the biggest WWE legend ever versus the biggest WWE name of the current era. Done in the setting of WrestleMania 31 it's the kind of main event which would feel like a major moment in history. This would be a true passing of the torch from one locker room leader to the next. In some ways, the streak not being involved is a good thing, it means it's all about two huge names coming together. They've so rarely crossed paths in the past that it has enough of a special feel without adding the streak gimmick to it. The match itself would be very good, Cena has his detractors, but in the big game scenario he more often than not delivers. He could help Taker get through the match, it would be a far sight better than what Lesnar managed this year. In some ways it would be the right thing to put Cena over in this scenario, passing the torch on just like HBK did for Taker back in 2010. Contrastingly it would also be nice to see Taker retire with a win over the biggest name in the business right now.
