The Undertaker's 10 Best Moments From The Attitude Era

8. VS Triple H - WrestleMania 17

Wrestlemania 17 vs Triple H Two of the company's biggest stars, The Undertaker and Triple H had yet to have a match on "The Grandest Stage Of Them All". At WrestleMania 17 in 2001, all of that changed. From the beginning, it was an epic atmosphere. The people jam-packed into the Houston Astrodome appeared to number over 100,000. Seriously, the crowd looked huge. Motorhead was there to perform Triple H's entrance music live, although Lemmy mumbled and seemed to be repeating the same lines over and over again while he sang. Then, Taker rode his motorcycle out on stage to the tune of Limp Bizkit's "Rollin". We can all make fun of Limp Bizkit now, but if you said that you weren't a fan of theirs back then, you'd be lying. With the flash bulbs going off throughout the dome, Taker rode to the ring to a huge ovation in his home state. It was Taker's ninth match at WrestleMania, but it was easily his best to that point. He and Trips had themselves quite the brawl, spilling all over the place, and even into the sea of humanity. When Taker got the win, people really began to take notice of his undefeated streak at WrestleMania, which is really one of the first times it was discussed openly, even though it had been going on for an entire decade.
