Update On AEW's Dynamite Taping Schedule

How is AEW dealing with the ongoing situation?

All Elite Wrestling has adapted to the ongoing global situation in a similar fashion to WWE, reconfiguring their TV shows to go down in empty arenas and testing personnel upon arriving at the building. While WWE look to be countering this problem by taping in advance, it looks like AEW is getting ready for potential cancellations, with this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter shedding light on the situation.

Dave Meltzer writes that while AEW intends on holding next week's episode of Dynamite in Jacksonville, Florida next week, everything after that is up in the air. This is why they've been advertising matches for "next Dynamite" rather than "next week." They don't want to make promises they might not be able to deliver, as there are "all kinds of moving parts involved" at the moment.

TNT and the city of Jacksonville have blessed AEW to continue with shows at Daily's Place provided the number of participants is limited and no press or fans are allowed in the building.

The situation changes daily. Things are going to get worse before they get better, and AEW and WWE must prepare themselves for a potential lockdown.
