New Japan Pro Wrestling's KENTA was knocked absolutely doolally during his IWGP NEVER Openweight Championship clash with Tomohiro Ishii at Royal Quest this Saturday, seemingly suffering a concussion which caused him to stumble through to the bout's conclusion.

We've since received an update on the former-Hideo Itami's condition, and thankfully things are looking good. According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, KENTA is doing OK, and is set to compete when New Japan's tour resumes.

The man in question Tweeted about his recent medical troubles, confirming that he is "doing fine" before thanking London for booing him.

Despite his groggy escapade, KENTA successful conquered Ishii for his title.

He's currently trying to compile a comprehensive history of video game music, yet denies accusations that he purposefully targets niche audiences. He's often wrong about these things.
