WWE's new Raw and SmackDown set designs will feature the most impressive pyro setup in company history.

Per Dave Meltzer in this week's Wrestling Observer Newsletter, WWE has already completed the new designs, which will come into play once the company returns to touring from 16 July.

Raw and SmackDown will leave the ThunderDome in Tampa, Florida for that night's episode of SmackDown, which goes down in Houston, Texas. From there, the promotion heads to Fort Worth for Money In The Bank 2021 on Sunday 18 July, running through a 25-city tour of fully-ticketed shows for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic took hold in March 2020.

The new Raw and SmackDown set designs were first reported by the Mat Men Pro Wrestling Podcast's Andrew Zarian in May. No further details were offered at the time, though the new information suggests that WWE has something elaborate in mind.

Raw, SmackDown, and main roster pay-per-views have been used in the ThunderDome since August 2020, when the state-of-the-art setup was established in Orlando's Amway Center. The ThunderDome has since changed location twice, staying in Florida throughout.
