WCPW Loaded Episode 13: 10 Awesome Moments

If Joe Hendry couldn't get over the finishing line against Kurt Angle, Cody Rhodes was somebody who most certainly could. In another promotion, Rhodes had somehow managed to topple the Olympic Gold Medal winner. Having also beaten Doug Williams at Refuse To Lose, Cody wanted to make it clear on Loaded that he was in WCPW to stay.

After Hendry had vanquished Pete Dunne, Rhodes emerged to a rapturous response from the live crowd. Stepping into the ring, he wanted to congratulate the 'Local Hero' on his victory and a stunning performance opposite Kurt Angle. That's when the mood changed in the building, Cody had something else on his mind.

A match between Joe Hendry and Cody Rhodes is something that every WCPW fan would like to see, there's no doubt that both men would put on quite the show. In the future, it may happen, especially if Hendry takes exception to Rhodes telling him that it should be he who is the top contender for the WCPW Title.

Don't forget that the current champion was once Hendry's tag-team partner. Speak of the devil...
