Whilst guys like Big Damo have won championships and others like Primate have been on a path of destruction, El Ligero has quietly went about his business and picking wins. It's true that he didn't come out on top in last week's amazing Triple Threat also involving Will Ospreay and Noam Dar, but Ligero wasn't the one pinned either.

In fact, he hasn't yet been beaten by pinfall or submission in WCPW. This time out on Loaded, the masked man upended Joseph Conners. His foe was desperate to prove himself as a singles star, but El Ligero just has a magic about his performance that's hard to describe.

There are few situations he can't find his way out of, and that rang true once more against Conners. Deftly countering an attempted Power Slam, Ligero coiled Conners up into a Small Package pinning predicament and secured a well-received win.

When it comes to WCPW, El Ligero still hasn't had his shoulders pinned to the mat or given up under duress. That won't have gone unnoticed by management.
